Stratos heads Professional and Education Services for North America.
Prior to eGain, Stratos worked at Inference Corporation (which was acquired by eGain) as Chief Scientist, responsible for the research and development of search engines, reasoning systems, self-learning diagnosis, and expert systems. His previous assignments include senior R&D positions at NES UK and in UK government projects.
Stratos holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from Cranfield University, UK. |
