Between 1992 and 2000, was in-house legal counsel, corporate secretary and General Manager for Canarc Resource Corp. and related companies, responsible for all corporate, securities and legal matters including regulatory filings, prospectus offerings, private placements, information circulars, annual reports, option and benefit plans, offshore subsidiaries, various contracts, computer systems and office leases.
