Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Windmill enjoyed turnaround successes at four British companies, including (i) at a wholesale FMCG subsidiary of BP Nutrients, where he reversed a 10% loss to profit in less than 90 days; (ii) at the Training & Enterprise Council, where he reduced operating expenses by 350m pounds Sterling through the review and renegotiation of procurement and operational contracts; (iii) at Caledonian & London Enterprises, where he raised 122 million pounds in venture capital in highly competitive logistical and engineering markets; and (iv) at Sun Alliance Plc, where he grew external revenues from 1.5 million pounds to 8 million pounds in new sales. |
