As President of Courtland, Steven is responsible for executive oversight and management of all Courtland contracts. Steven’s career began with NCR Corporation as a systems engineer, providing technical support to Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Educational and Government accounts. While working for NCR, Steven was instrumental in the development and support of a child support application used by 13 Michigan counties. In 1990, Steven founded Courtland Software Services, Inc. to provide software development and technical support services for child support, utility billing, government accounting, and city income tax clients throughout Michigan. Steven has been involved in every phase of the system development lifecycle from analysis, design, development, to testing, documentation and training, implementation, and maintenance. Under Steven’s leadership Courtland has built a solid reputation in the field of child support enforcement application design, and child support regulatory expertise. An expert in the area of project implementation, Steven currently manages the Implementation Team for partner Protech Solutions, Inc. as they develop the State of New Jersey’s next generation child support enforcement application (NJKIDS). Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University. |
