Steven P. Rudolph Steve Rudolph is a Principal in our Sacramento office. Steve's practice focuses on all aspects of public agency law with an emphasis on complex land use matters. He also has expertise in affordable housing, CEQA, municipal finance, public contracting and redevelopment matters. Steve has been involved in negotiating many development agreements and other property-related transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Steve was with the City of Folsom for over ten years, first as Assistant City Attorney and then as City Attorney. He has also served as Deputy County Counsel for Sacramento County.Steve graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering in 1979 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1986. |
