Steven Rice joined Juniper Networks in February 2006, and is responsible for leading the HR organization to support Juniper Networks' global employee population, which now exceeds 4000 employees. He oversees all HR functions and programs in the areas of leadership and employee development, recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits, in addition to Real Estate and Work Place Services. He also chairs the Juniper Networks Foundation, which serves as our primary philanthropic vehicle for contributing to children, education, and lifelong learning in the communities where we have a significant employee and customer presence. Rice came to Juniper Networks from Hewlett Packard where he was the vice president of HR, Global Operations with responsibility for an organization of more than 900 HR employees located around the world in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Rice has had a long and distinguished career since joining HP in 1981. During his tenure at HP, he led many different organizations within HR, including being VP HR for the Americas. |
