Steven Martinez has served as a director of our company since March 2006. Mr. Martinez is a partner at Apollo, affiliates of which hold investments in our company. Prior to joining Apollo in 2000, he worked for Goldman Sachs & Company and Bain and Company. Mr. Martinez also serves as a director of Goodman Global Holdings, Inc., Rexnord Global Holdings and Jacuzzi Brands, Inc.
