Dr. Lilien has been a Director since February 1998. For the past sixteen years, he has served as Chairman
of the Accounting Department at Bernard M. Baruch College in New York City, and is currently the
Weinstein Professor of Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a PhD in Accounting
and Finance and an MS, from New York University. |
