Mr. Kiel has 18 years of experience in the semi-conductor industry. He started his career at Martin Marietta, before joining FirstPass Engineering and Vitesse Semiconductor. His responsibilities in past positions have included the design of a functionally compatible space qualified 80196KD microcontroller, CISC CPU engine design, serving as lead architect on the Vitesse Intelligent Switch Fabric, serving as technical interface to industry standard SIGs (Special Interest Groups), and many chip lead responsibilities. Mr. Kiel graduated from Purdue University in 1988 with a BSEE and also received his MA in Business in 1990 from Webster University. |
