Steve Hubbard is a director in the Technology Group. He advises clients within the information technology and telecommunications industries on mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory and corporate financings. Mr. Hubbard joined Daniels in 1999 after three years in mergers & acquisitions, two years in money management and two years at telecommunications company. Previously, he was a vice president of mergers & acquisitions at Sakura Bank, one of the largest banks in the world. He focused on cross-border transactions involving client's U.S. technology subsidiaries. Before Sakura Bank, Mr. Hubbard was an associate for The Platinum Group, a mergers & acquisitions boutique specializing in technology and telecommunications and started by Broadview Associates. Prior to joining Daniels, he managed Bethlehem Steel’s $500 million telecom and technology portfolio for its pension fund. He also worked at AT&T for two years. Mr. Hubbard received an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson School and a bachelor's degree from Hobart College. |
