Mr. Steve Hagan joined SI International on 15 October 1991 as a Senior Functional Analyst on the SIDPERS-3 program. Since that time he has worked as Test Laboratory Manager and Configuration Management/Quality Assurance/Independent Test Department Manager on the SIDPERS-3 program; as Program Manager and Test and Integration Manager on the U.S. Army SBIS program; and as the Senior Program Manager responsible for all of SI International’s DOD, USDA and GSA programs in the eastern United States.
Mr. Hagan was promoted to Vice President on 1 May 1999 and to Senior Vice President on 1 January 2002. He is the managing executive of SI International’s Mission Critical Outsourcing business unit. He has full responsibility for our mission critical outsourcing programs including those with the U.S. Department of State, the U. S. Army, the U. S. Navy, and the U. S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Prior to joining SI International, Steve Hagan had a successful 27-year career in the U. S. Army retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer Four. His last seven years in the Army were spent as an IT Product Manager in the Army’s Personnel Command with a brief 6-month interlude in 1990-1991 as the Project Officer responsible for establishment and operation of the Personnel Data Center for Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Hagan has a BA Degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland and completed several graduate business courses at Troy State University. |
