Steve directs client operations within Eliza from both a technology and services perspective, ensuring that Eliza clients leverage the tools, technologies, and services most appropriate for their individual and collective requirements. With over 12 years of experience in healthcare and software/services delivery and operations, Steve is a seasoned technology leader who has helped many organizations scale their businesses through process engineering that promotes operational efficiency and predictability. His healthcare expertise is in outreach programs, clinical case and disease management systems, provider practice management systems, web-based provider workflow solutions, and hospital information systems. Steve's delivery and operational experience is in professional and client services, operations, account management, and both customer and systems support. Steve joined Eliza from NaviMedix, where he held positions as Director of Delivery Services and Director of Account Management, having responsibility for the general management and financial operations for some of the nation's major health plans. Prior to NaviMedix, Steve was Director of Client Services for CogniMed, a disease management start-up acquired by Active Health Management. Steve has also held a variety of other leadership and consultative positions at IDX Systems Corporation, which was acquired by GE Healthcare, and at Medical Information Technology (MEDITECH). Steve holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Bentley College. |
