Steve has experienced virtually every aspect and angle of a project, from starting out as a laborer and rising to senior management, from ordering and receiving materials to organizing and overseeing projects in excess of 300,000 SF nationwide. His strengths in job cost, quality control, de-scoping, and value engineering analyses bring a special broad-based scope that ultimately keeps a project on schedule and within budget.
