Mr. Flanders joined Blue29 in November 2004 to lead the worldwide sales and customer support organization. He brings more than 18 years of high-technology sales and account management experience in fields ranging from introduction of DUV lithography systems to developing systems for metal deposition of interconnects including high vacuum systems, PVD, Cu electroless, and electroplating tools.
Most recently, Mr. Flanders worked with metals research and development at Novellus Systems. There he played a key role in managing the collaboration with key customers as they integrated advanced metals deposition products into volume manufacturing processes. Prior to that, Mr. Flanders headed the Intel account at SVG Lithography, where he was instrumental in taking new systems from initial prototype through development to high-volume produc- tion. In this position, he booked and managed over $200M in annual sales prior to SVGL’s acquisition by ASML. Before that, Mr. Flanders consistently exceeded annual sales plans, earning multiple sales achievement awards and recognition in Western Region AE and accounts manager positions.
