Steven has a wealth of experience overseeing all aspects of review and production for a variety of large-scale matters. This includes designing and implementing strategies to efficiently review and produce documents and data in a cost-effective and timely manner. He has prepared responses to regulatory agency review of large-scale corporate transactions under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, FTC/DOJ investigations under the Sherman and Clayton Acts, and enforcement actions by other federal regulatory bodies and many state Attorney Generals. Prior to joining Cataphora, Steven was Project Attorney with the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in Washington, DC. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington and JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia. |
