Steven I. Chung is a senior associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and a member of the Global Transportation Finance Group.
Mr. Chung represents sponsors, lenders, export credit agencies and commercial banks in connection with a broad spectrum of international financial and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, domestic and cross border secured and unsecured financings, leveraged leasing, structured financings, restructurings and credit enhancements in the U.S., Caribbean, South America, Asia and Europe. Mr. Chung is experienced in a wide variety of aircraft and other structured equipment financings. His most recent assignments have included representing clients in aircraft acquisitions and dispositions; domestic and cross-border leveraged lease transactions; aircraft portfolio securitizations; syndicated credit facilities; pre-delivery payment and warehouse facilities; and joint venture transactions.
Mr. Chung earned his Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law and his undergraduate degree Phi Beta Kappa from Georgetown University. Mr. Chung is a member of the State Bars of New York and Washington, D.C. |
