Steve Carnevale, Chief Financial Officer, came to Geomagic with more than 20 years of experience in financial management, business analysis, strategic planning and operational controls. Before joining the company, he was a CFO Partner in the executive services firm Tatum LLC, where he provided financial leadership helping companies in transition accelerate business success and create more value. Before Tatum LLC, Mr. Carnevale was CFO for venture backed technology companies including Silicon Semiconductor Corporation and Home Director, an IBM spin-off. His responsibilities included growing and structuring the financial operations and legal support teams as well as securing venture capital and M&A activities. Mr. Carnevale has also held management positions at Eastman Kodak/Qualex and started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young. He earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University. |
