Mr. Brody is the President of Steven N. Brody Associates, consultants to young companies and entrepreneurs for over 25 years. He has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies. In addition to his Director responsibilities Mr. Brody serves MPS as Executive-Vice-President for Strategic Planning. He formerly served in the same capacity and as a Board member to Gatti LTC Services Inc. for many years. He has worked extensively in the healthcare industry and is also a Co-Founder and Chairman of Phoenix Rehabilitation and Health Services Inc., an outpatient physical therapy company started in 1997 and named one of INC Magazine’s 500 privately-held growth leaders in 2002. In 2000 he organized and co-founded Dynamic Healthcare Services, a regional multi-location provider of homecare/DME and respiratory therapy products and services. As President of Steven N. Brody Associates since its inception, he has maintained an active consulting practice for over twenty-five years and has worked for clients in many industry sectors in addition to healthcare, including telecommunications, information services/IT, aviation services, asset management, contract manufacturing, and environmental services. Prior to this, Mr. Brody had senior management responsibilities in strategic planning and marketing with the Standard & Poor’s Corporation and the Dun & Bradstreet Group. He is a graduate of Yale University and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University’s Graduate school of Business. |
