Mr. Steven Bracci joined Nortel Government Solutions (NGS) as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in November 2006. Steve is responsible for the financial activities of the company, including Government contracting and Sarbanes Oxley compliance, financial business strategy, financial reporting and policies and procedures.
Mr. Bracci brings to NGS over 25 years of senior financial management, including 12 years in the government contracting space. Prior to joining NGS, Steve served for six years as Vice President of Finance for the Technical Services Business unit at Computer Associates, Inc (CA). There he led the team responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, contracts, financial and cost accounting, and financial and government contracting compliance. From December 1993 through March 2000, Steve held similar responsibilities as Vice President and Controller of Sterling Software’s Federal Systems Group and as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Mystech Associates, Inc., providing system development and information technology to the federal government.
Previously, Mr. Bracci practiced as a CPA in the State of Connecticut as part of a regional CPA firm providing business decision support, auditing and tax services.
Steve has a BS from the University of Connecticut and is completing an Executive MBA at George Washington University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants as well various other business and professional organizations. |
