Steven Black is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. He is a member of the Securitisation and Structured Finance Group where his practice focuses on securitisations.
Steven has extensive experience advising arrangers and managers on Funds, CDOs, credit default swaps and other structured finance products. Steven’s exposure to jurisdictional matters and the wider debt market enables him to advise investment managers on the underlying assets in their portfolios.
