Steven W. Krablin has been a member our board of directors since July 2006. He is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IDM Group, a manufacturer of drilling systems for the energy industry. From January 1996 until April 2005, Mr. Krablin served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of National Oilwell Varco Inc. or its predecessors, a major manufacturer and distributor of oil and gas drilling equipment and related services for land and offshore drilling rigs. Prior to 1996, Mr. Krablin served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterra Corporation until its merger with Weatherford International. Mr. Krablin also serves as a director of Penn Virginia Corporation, an energy company engaged in the exploration, acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas, and Hornbeck Offshore Services, Inc., a provider of offshore vessels to the offshore oil and gas industry. |
