Mr. Percy has been a director of OMNOVA Solutions since October of 1999. His current term expires in 2007. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Percy was Senior Vice President - Refining, Marketing & Transportation of Phillips Petroleum in Bartlesville, Oklahoma (a petroleum extraction, refining and distribution company) from June 2000 to March 2001. Previously, Mr. Percy served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BP America, Inc., from 1996 to March 1999, and as Executive Vice President of BP America and President of BP Oil in the United States from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Percy also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Wavefront Energy and Environmental Services, Inc., Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. |
