As Chairman and Owner of H. J. High since 1968, Steve has continued the philosophy of TOTAL COMMITMENT TO THE OWNER. It was Steve's father, Harlem John High, who in 1936 established H. J. High Construction Company in Orlando. Steve is continuously involved in all aspects of every project. He is proud to say that the success of H. J.
