Steven has over 20 years of experience in managing portfolios for high net worth clients. Before joining Cypress Wealth Advisors in 2004, Steven was a Senior Vice President and Principal with Stein Roe Investment Counsel, responsible for managing investment portfolios for the firm’s multigenerational family client base. Previously, Steven served as analyst and portfolio manager at 3Bridge Capital and its predecessor firm, Hanson Investment Management, as part of a team responsible for managing assets of more than $1 billion for the firm’s institutional and private clients. For five years, Steven was Senior Principal at Wells Capital Management, with management responsibility for $1.3 billion in mid-cap growth funds and for launching a small-cap fund that grew to $1 billion in assets in five years. Steven is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of California at Davis. |
