Steven W. Blaine is a Partner in the Charlottesville, Virginia office of the law firm of LeClair Ryan, a Professional Corporation, primarily practicing in business and real estate law. Prior to joining LeClair Ryan in 1999 and for more than the prior five years, Mr. Blaine was a partner in the Charlottesville office of McGuireWoods, LLP. Mr. Blaine is involved in several civic organizations in the Charlottesville area, including the Elk Hill Farm. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Charlottesville/Albemarle Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Blaine also serves on the vestry of St. Paul's Memorial Church in Charlottesville and as a Governor of the Real Property Section of the Virginia State Bar. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Blaine received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Virginia in 1979, and a J.D. degree from the College of William & Mary in 1983. |
