Steven V. Napolitano has been a member of NovaMed's Board of Directors since January 1997. Mr. Napolitano is a senior partner in the law firm of Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman where he has practiced since 1995. He is a member of the firm's Board of Directors and is also a co-chair of the firm's Private Equity and Emerging Growth Company practice group.
Mr. Napolitano practiced law in Chicago with the firm of Dickinson, Wright, Moon, Van Dusen & Freeman from May 1991 through March 1995 and with Kirkland & Ellis from September 1985 through April 1991.
He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1981, and his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law as a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar in 1985. |
