Steve is responsible for Specific Media's new products and services, including the successful execution of our targeting technologies. Working directly with our sales, business development, operations and technology teams, he evaluates specific requirements for developing high value, high quality products and services for the company. With more than seven years of direct online advertising experience, Steve's breadth of industry knowledge and insight make him uniquely qualified to spearhead such an effort. Prior to joining Specific Media in August 2004, Steve was manager of client services at Memetic, an email consulting agency, where he was responsible for assisting clients in defining their e-marketing strategies, designing e-marketing programs and evaluating their overall effectiveness. Before joining Memetic, Steve served as Vice President of Operations for ValueClick, a publicly traded Internet advertising network, where he mediated all communication between publishers, advertisers and ad sales teams. At ValueClick, he developed a number of training protocols to ensure consistent levels of quality service, helping organizations save on potential lost revenue opportunities. |
