Steven S. Reed has been a director since January 2003. Mr. Reed is former U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky and currently a partner with the law firm of Reed Wicker, PLLC, based in Louisville, KY. Mr. Reed serves as chairman of the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees and has been a member of that board since 1994. Mr. Reed has also served as Assistant U.S. Attorney, Deputy General Counsel to Kentucky Gov. Brereton Jones, and as a law clerk to then Chief Judge Edward H. Johnstone, U.S. District Court. Mr. Reed is also a Life Member to the Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference. |
