Steve is responsible for providing vision and leadership of the overall technology and execution strategies. Prior to co-founding NewCross, Steve was Founder and President of EdgeNet Communications, a company focused on the design and development of next generation switching products. Steve was also President, CEO, and founder of OmniCon Technology Services, a communications consulting and product development company. Steve has both designed and developed several networking and communications solutions including softswitch, signaling, and gateway products. He has also pioneered the design and development of early VoIP Networks. Steve's 19 years of industry experience span a broad range of successes in the delivery of products and services in fast-paced environments and evolving markets. For the past 8 years, Steve has been primarily focused on the design, development, and delivery of advanced signaling and packet-based voice solutions. Throughout his career, Steve has operated at the cutting edge of many major technological developments in the telecommunications industry, while working with and consulting to firms such as AirTouch, Pacific Bell, SBC, PCS Prime-Co, GlobalStar, EdgeNet, OmniCon and US West. |
