Steve has more than 20 years of experience in business and operations management. He has demonstrated success in production, operations management, quality improvement, process improvement and project management combining leadership and problem solving skills to achieve planned results. Steve helps OEM suppliers achieve world-class production status. He provides hands-on operational leadership in directing or supporting production capability improvements, facility planning and scheduling of supply chain management. Steve also works to develop and implement process changes for continuous improvement, capability and capacity analysis, defect reductions and divestiture strategies. Professional Experience Steve has been assisting BBK clients for more than 16 years and has extensive expertise in crisis management and turnaround management. He has held various interim management positions for BBK clients, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, Plant Manager and Operations Manager. Steve acted as Director of Operations during the wind-down of one of the largest Tier 1 suppliers to the OEMs. On one occasion, he planned and implemented a 1,000,000 sq. foot warehousing and distribution facility that serviced OEM plants globally. Steve has reprocessed and automated several manufacturing production facilities to increase through-put, increase process capabilities and refine quality requirement standards. He has designed, managed and implemented several automation reprocessing programs. |
