Mr. Wainess is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, Financial Lawyers Conference and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He recently served as an officer of the Law Practice Management Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and speaks regularly on commercial law topics. Mr. Wainess has represented many clients in the automotive industry and recently served on the Board of Directors of the Rolls Royce Owners Club of Southern California, and is a member of an organization within the Petersen Automotive Museum. After graduating from Los Angeles Valley College with honors, and attending California State University at Northridge, Mr. Wainess received his J.D. from the University of LaVerne College of Law. |
