R. Steven Preston is Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust’s Nashville/St. Louis region where he oversees the Company’s acquisitions, development, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations for the Company’s Nashville/St. Louis portfolio. Mr. Preston has more than 22 years of real estate leasing, development, and brokerage experience. Prior to joining First Industrial, he served as vice president, leasing, for Duke Realty Corporation.
Mr. Preston earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a licensed broker in Tennessee. |
