Steve Kerber is a partner and a member of the business law group. He practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis in business organization and capital formation, acquisitions and divestitures, public and private securities offerings, venture capital transactions, investment partnerships, joint ventures, securities litigation and administrative proceedings.
