Mr. Ganss has been with Frost Securities for the past seven years, focusing on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) advisory and private placements of equity, equity-linked and mezzanine securities. Mr. Ganss has lead-managed deal teams in both M&A and private placement transactions. Most recently, Mr. Ganss has consulted clients' Board of Directors on strategic advisory / alternatives analysis and broad corporate strategy. Mr. Ganss' extensive transaction experience spans nine years and includes completed transactions in the media, Internet, healthcare, telecommunications, oil & gas, aerospace, manufacturing & distribution, business & financial services and general industrial sectors. Prior to joining Frost Securities, Mr. Ganss was an analyst with Wasserstein Perella & Co. where he focused on M&A transactions in several industries, participating in both "buy-side" and "sell-side" advisory engagements. In addition, Mr. Ganss' experience includes work on hostile transactions in a defense advisory role. Previously, Mr. Ganss worked for KPMG Peat Marwick's corporate finance group as an analyst specializing in private equity and debt placements. Mr. Ganss holds a B.B.A in finance from Baylor University. |
