Steve has over 35 years of experience involved in business management, project management, utility
performance testing, utility studies, EPC projects, and the design of large power generation projects. He
joined Cummins & Barnard in 1999 as a Vice President and currently serves on C&B’s Executive
Committee. He served as Executive Partner for a worldwide engineering/construction firm responsible for
power projects in the Eastern United States and Latin America. His experience includes oversight
responsibilities for major utility power plant projects and industrial cogeneration projects, as well as
technical responsibility for international projects and proposals in China, Brazil, Australia, India, Pakistan,
New Zealand and Zimbabwe. He has served as Manager of Engineering for a major international power
engineering firm. Steve also served in increasingly responsible positions in the US Army Corps of
Engineers, commanding personnel involved in construction and maintenance operations, both in the
United States and Vietnam. Steve’s technical background is in the area of power plant cycle design and
mechanical equipment specification. |
