Steven Kushner concentrates his legal practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, developer representation, real estate and business transactions, commercial and residential lending, and contract law. For more than twenty years, he has been representing Fortune 1,000 companies, large and small developers, private investors and property owners. He has served as counsel in a variety of transactions including the purchases and sales of businesses, real estate acreage, and commercial and residential properties. Mr. Kushner's practice includes arbitration and litigation, structuring and counseling of large and small business enterprises. His range of experience includes the consummating of hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions, from serving as lead counsel in a $40 million closing in downtown Manhattan, to the sale and transfer of intellectual properties and historic collections of art and other collectibles. He has represented national developers of real estate with regard to the acquisition, subdivision and resale of residential subdivisions.
