Steve Zabel focuses his practice in all phases of insurance coverage and product liability litigation. For the last several years, Steve has concentrated his practice on representing policyholders in insurance coverage litigation and insurance brokers in broker malpractice actions. During this time, Steve has had extensive opportunities to work on complex questions of insurance coverage, in both large and small cases, relating to general liability, directors and officers, property and casualty, errors and omissions, and employment practices insurance policies.
In the arena of directors and officers insurance, Steve has represented clients such as Piper Jaffray, Metris Companies, LodgeNet Entertainment, NorthWestern Corporation, Apogee Enterprises and Ameriprise Financial. Through his representation on various insurance matters of Canadian Pacific Railway, Steve has had exposure to Canadian law.
Prior to practicing law, Steve was operations manager of a small trucking company.
