Melman was appointed vice-president of Investor Relations and Strategic Initiatives in January 2006. He is responsible for investor relations and coordinating strategic initiatives for the Company. Upon joining the Company in 1998 through December 2005 Mr. Melman served as vice-president of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Previously he was vice-president of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Animation Science Corporation and Business Resource Group. Melman has also held senior management positions at Kubota Graphics Corporation Stardent Computer Apple Computer Inc. and Schlumberger Ltd. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and is a CPA.
