Steven P. Levine, Board of Directors Steven is an energy services professional and attorney specializing in private power generation and energy services and management, with extensive experience in the development and financing of domestic and international energy projects. Mr. Levine was Vice-President, responsible for developing and implementing national energy services and products for New Energy, Inc., one of the largest electricity power marketers supplying the de-regulated U.S. markets. He has also served as President of Metro Energy, L.L.C., a New York City based thermal and electricity service private utility; President of the unregulated generation subsidiary of a publicly traded US energy company, Besicorp Group Inc., responsible for developing and managing over 600MW of large-scale cogeneration; and principal and general counsel of Indian and PRC large-scale hydroelectric private power companies. In his capacity as a senior executive in the energy industry, Mr. Levine has been responsible for the development and financing of several large and small scale power generation, industrial process and equipment, energy management and environmental remediation projects. |
