Steve Fulton joined Respironics in 1995. Throughout his tenure with the company, Fulton has served as Vice President and General Counsel. He also served as Vice President of Human Resources for the company between 1996 and 1998. Prior to joining Respironics, Fulton was a partner in the law firm of Reed Smith LLP, where he concentrated his practice on civil litigation, privacy matters, and labor relations issues. He also worked extensively in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Prior to attending law school, he worked in an engineering capacity for Westinghouse Electric Corporation. A Pennsylvania native, Fulton received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the Harvard University School of Law in 1984. He completed his undergraduate studies at Carnegie-Mellon University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy in 1980. |
