Steven is the Neubauer Family Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (GSB) and faculty director of the school's Entrepreneurship department. Steven's research, teaching, and consulting focus on issues in private equity and entrepreneurial finance, e-commerce, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to completing his PhD studies, Steven held positions with Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. |
