Rivers has served as our Chief Financial Officer since July 3, 2006. Prior to joining Medistem, Mr. Rivers was co-founder of Rivers & Moorehead PLLC, an internal controls, accounting and financial reporting consulting firm he co-founded in 2004. Clients consist of over 20 public and private companies ranging from $5 million to several billion dollars in market cap and include Ameriprise Financial, Meritage Homes and Comsys IT Partners. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Rivers worked for ON Semiconductor Corporation in various positions including Controller. While at ON he was instrumental in critical projects such as a $500 million IPO, $380 million of secondary offerings, $500 million of public debt offerings and the integration of a $250 million acquisition. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Arizona and received a Bachelor's degree with Distinction in Accounting from Indiana University. |
