Steven Wagner Biography :

Steven M. Wagner is counsel to the firm’s Corporate Restructuring Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Steven was vice president and assistant general Counsel with J.P. Morgan Trust Company, National Association and senior counsel with Bank One Corporation.

His practice focuses on counseling clients on all aspects of corporate and institutional trust matters for financial institutions, including trust indentures, escrow and agency relationships. His practice includes negotiation of new trust indenture, escrow and agency agreements and services for extraordinary events for existing relationships, including regulatory and compliance matters, and bankruptcy and restructurings. Steve has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of the corporate trust, escrow and agency business. He has participated in several corporate trust business acquisitions and account transitions.

In General. Steve received his J.D. degree, with distinction, from The John Marshall Law School in 1979 and his bachelor's degree in economics from Eastern Illinois University in 1976.
