Steve is currently Executive Vice President National Homebuilding Operations. He brings 24 years of homebuilding experience to Meritage. Most recently, he led a start-up operation for a major homebuilder in the post-hurricane Katrina Gulf Coast. Prior to that, he held region president responsibilities, including participation on corporate-level committees focused on construction, customer service and purchasing, and successfully executed a turnaround strategy that significantly improved customer satisfaction while gaining operating efficiencies.
He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Master's Degree in Operations Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Park University. He will be based in the corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona. |
