Steven joined PrecisionIR in June 2007 as Chief Executive Officer with more than two decades of operational and management experience, including several focused on investor relations and technology during the eight years he served as President and CEO of the Financial Information Division of Primark/Disclosure (now part of Thomson Financial). While there (from 1992-2000), he played a key role in transforming it into a global financial products and services company, managing multiple acquisitions and divestures. He subsequently became the Chairman and CEO of Ilumin Software Services, Inc. (2001-2006) where he oversaw the transformation of the Company from a start-up to a market leading provider of email compliance, archiving and litigation support applications. In October 2005, under his tenure, Ilumin was sold to Computer Associates (NYSE:CA). Steven received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Detroit and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. |
