Steve Schenbeck is a principal in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved with public companies and closely-held businesses since 1982. He has assisted numerous clients with public offerings and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting compliance. Steve has extensive experience with manufacturers and wholesale distributors as well as professional service, healthcare and high-technology companies. He graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Steve is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, and he is a former member of the Auditing Standards Board. |
