Steven L. Crawshaw, M.D., is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery. He was re-certified by the American Board of Surgery in 1995. Dr. Crawshaw graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dickinson College, Pennsylvania, and received his M.D. from Pennsylvania State University. His internship and residency in General Surgery were at East Carolina University. From 1984 to 1996, Dr. Crawshaw practiced General and Vascular Surgery in Salisbury, Maryland. He was Staff Surgeon and then Director of Trauma at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, and Staff Surgeon at Atlantic General Hospital, Berlin, Maryland. He is licensed to practice medicine and surgery in Texas, California, Washington, Illinois and New York. In 1996, Dr. Crawshaw elected to practice hair restoration surgery exclusively and affiliated with Bosley. Following his training with hair transplantation pioneer L. Lee Bosley, M.D. and from other experienced M.D.s at Bosley, Dr. Crawshaw assumed leadership of the Houston surgical office. |
