Steven L.F. Ho

is a director with the firm, where he practices in the areas of corporate and business law. His practice includes corporate organization, mergers and acquisitions, eCommerce transactions and strategic alliances, and tax-exempt organizations.

Mr. Ho received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Ho has practiced with the firm since 1988. Mr. Ho is also a certified public accountant and worked for one of the "Big Five" accounting firms prior to joining the firm.

Mr. Ho is active in pro bono community service, including as a member of the board of directors of the American Cancer Society, Hawaii Pacific Division and as an instructor in the Weinberg Fellows Program.
