As Senior Vice President of Human Resources Mr. Heaslip is responsible for fully developing and implementing IFF's new Human Resources strategy including training and development compensation stock ownership and reward and recognition programs.
Prior to joining IFF in July 2001 Mr. Heaslip spent more than 21 years managing human resources initiatives for a variety of multinational corporations serving most recently as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Elizabeth Arden. His experience includes all aspects of Human Resources such as labor and employee relations training organizational development compensation benefits and change management.
Mr. Heaslip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from McMaster University. |
