Mr. McCardell represents creditors, debtors, trustees, committees, examiners, purchasers, contract parties, boards of directors, and other parties in interest in business bankruptcy and insolvency matters, as well as in related business transactions, workouts, and litigation. He joined the firm in 2006 after practicing with a national firm for 22 years.
